Hi All,

I am looking to set up a business in the French Alps and I need some advice.
Without giving too much away, we would be trading directly on the mountain, probably at the top of chair lifts where there are a lot of people. We want to sell our product to customers and they collect their items down in resort later that day.

I have two questions:
• Are there any laws stopping us from trading on the hill
• Can we exchange cash with customers (obviously receipts will be given)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave
