Evening all

Several people have mentioned that Boggart has been absent for a while. Unfortunately, he has spent most of the last 10 days or so in hospital. The problem is mainly with his back and the doctors are hopeful/optimistic that it is not related to his ongoing cancer issues.

He doesn't have access to the internet - hence his lack of appearances here.

Will update as and when I can - in the meantime please send him virtual best wishes and the like!

I did see his post on FB earlier, and hadn't realised he'd been in hospital.

Of course my best wishes and massive hugs go out to him.

Here's to a speedy recovery. Hopefully he's sitting there, picking the nurses up on their grammar errors on his notes.

Thanks everyone, still alive - just.

Now out of hospital but still on a cocktail of nine different drugs with various side-effects; including, drowsiness, lethargy, depression, constipation and short term memory loss.

I can't actually remember when I last gave a sh*t about anything at the moment.

I remain,

Boggars

Brilliant. Welcome back. I'd say "get well soon" but "get well at any time at all" is probably more relevant.

As Mickers said, currently depressed as buggery in Zermatt, trying to deal with the Basi mindfuck. Nearly packed my bags and came home today, it's taken them all of four days to convince me I can't ski worth a toss.

However, I'm hanging in there and aiming to go out and smash it (or myself) next week.

Go for it Gropers...Don't let the Barstewards get you down.
I had a similar week in Canada...wanted to give up.
Apparantly it was a way of seeing whether you could take the critisism and how you dealt with it. Even though i was skiing fine... It was a mindfeck to say the least.
I hope it's the same for you and you pass with colours mate.
Good luck
