sent you a PM and just realised I didn't answer half your questions!
the tav's a cool place to work, you'll know a huge amount of people in resort. staff are all cool too.
snow's generally fine, gets quite slushy towards the end but you can always chip over to VT if it gets too bad. had a really bad start to the season last year so hoping it gets goin a bit earlier this time. end of season was absolutely class tho, got a bit colder again and snowed an absolute sh*tload in the last week. they kept the lifts open a week longer than planned too.

am trying to post a very beautiful autumnal pic of meribel at the moment cause the webcams arent doing it justice but i cant manage it because its not a url. if anyone could help that'd be swell.

have just finished loads of work at the tav and am off to chamonix for a week or so and hopefully meribel will have picked up a bit by the time i get back cause its a wee bit dead at the moment. anyone fancy coming out early and help get things started?
