Mixed weather this week at the mountain
with fine weather, rain, hail, some snow just about
everything really. conditions underfoot have been heavy
going and my knees are aching as proof, not the best
snow for speed but great for playing in the terrain
parks, halfpipe and in the bumps as the snow is as forgiving
as it is wet. Despite recent events the Perisher Staff end of season party was a cracking night, shame about the DJ......it was at my favourite venue (Yeah, right..) the LJH. The theme was 70/80's and I made an effort with the afro, hideous shirt and funky shades. Shame we couldn't have had a party like that nearer the start of the season.... It looks like the season is set to run through to the 14th Oct but I'll be checking out in a couple of weeks, back home for some decent food, beer and to catch up on the footy. Anyway take care all |
