The Orchards School of Cookery

Orchards CookeryThe Orchards School of Cookery is run by Isabel and Lucy Bomford. Both sisters have studied cookery to a high standard and Lucy has been trained as a chef in Paris by the Costes Group and worked in two of the most prestigious restaurants in Paris (Chez Georges and Café de L'Esplanade).

The school is situated on a farm in the heart of England, in Shakespeare country, eight miles west of Stratford-upon-Avon. The refurbished, purpose built kitchens are set in an Eighteenth Century butler's pantry and domestic kitchen that forms part of the Georgian family farm house.

Designed specifically for ski season chalet cooks, the course will boost your confidence, develop your culinary skills and knowledge of cooking, giving you the ability and inspiration to create your own masterpieces in the kitchen.

DuckCookAbility offers fun, flexible, hands-on cookery courses for Chalet Cooks together with all the information and tips to enable you to succeed. The courses run for five days - from 10 o'clock on Monday morning until after lunch on Friday.
