Recruitment Consultants (Permanent, based in London)
One full-time and one part-time position available. You will
be responsible for the placement side of our business, matching
applicants with jobs available.
The successful candidates will have considerable industry experience (min 2 seasons) and must have worked overseas for a chalet company, ideally running your own chalet or, if not, then in management.
You should have a good telephone manner. Experience with
Excel, Word and Access, plus a good typing speed, is essential.
Dreamweaver and Photoshop would be an advantage. Fluent French
is preferred, but not essential. You should be 25+. Salary
will be according to age and experience.

Merchandise Sales Co-ordinator (Sep-Dec/Jan only,
based in the UK)
You will be responsible for our offline merchandise group
sales. Our customers are predominantly university ski clubs
sponsored by Natives, although we also produce uniforms for
some tour operators and bars. Your job will be to oversee
all aspects of this, from first enquiry to delivery, ensuring
quality control along the way.
The successful candidate will be the one who convinces us that they will be able to increase sales as well as handling our current business.
You are probably a recent university graduate, who was an active member of the ski club. A personal computer is essential as this job would be based from home. A car would be an advantage. Pay will be on a retainer plus commission and expenses.

Events Co-ordinator (Nov-Apr only, based in the UK
and the Alps)
Natives is known for its successful events both in the UK
and overseas. Your role would be to run all aspects of our
2002/03 event tour. You would work closely with the Managing
Director to create the programme, find sponsors, liaise with
bars and promote different nights. This is an blank canvas
for you to show your creativity and use our reputation to
run blinding nights that make a profit.
The successful candidate will be the one who is able to convince us that they can generate more in revenue than they cost!
You will have already worked winter seasons and be familiar with the larger resorts. You must have previous experience of event management. A car and personal computer are essential for this part-time position that would suit someone already based in the Alps for the winter.

Sales Development - Yachts (Apr-Jul?, based in the
South of France)
This is a fantastic role for a fluent French speaker with
natural sales and promotional skills. Your role will be to
source and sell the Natives recruitment service to yacht captains
in the south of France. Natives will provide you with leads
and supporting marketing material.
This successful candidate will be someone with self-confidence,
initiative and persistence.
You will already have worked winter seasons and will probably be working this winter. A car and personal computer are essential. This is a fantastic opportunity that the right candidate could make a permanent role. You will be paid a retainer plus commission and expenses.
